50 years of archaeological innovation in Wessex

Picture
In 2008 CBA Wessex celebrated the 50th anniversary of its formation, half a century that had witnessed tremendous changes and innovations in archaeological work. To mark this event CBA Wessex organised a major two-day conference involving many of the individuals and groups who had played a pivotal role in archaeology of the region.

The papers from this historic event have now been published in book form, edited by Rowan Whimster, and may still be available from the Secretary, Professor David Hinton
dah5@soton.ac.uk at £20.
